Vehicle Interference

Good Afternoon Resident,

We have been made aware this morning of a theft of a motor vehicle and two incidents of theft from a vehicle.

These incidents have occurred in the SUNNYHURST area of Darwen between 19:00hrs on the 28th NOVEMBER 2025 and 09:00hrs on the 29th NOVEMBER 2025.  We are asking residents to please check their CCTV and ring doorbell cameras for anyone acting suspiciously around vehicles during this timeframe to please contact us on 101 quoting the log reference LC-20251129-0456.

Whilst this may not have occurred in your area, we are asking the residents of Darwen to remain vigilant ensuring that your vehicles are locked and secure, the keys to your vehicle are kept out of sight and where appropriate in a faraday bag. We are also reminding residents to keep valuables such as bags, wallets and loose change out of your vehicles.
